OUR VISION

Currently, there is no global forum for addressing the ongoing public interest in better application of sustainability issues within the industry. 

While recognizing the efforts of various industry organizations like CORESTA, ITGA, TMA, and GTNF, which occasionally shed light on environmental concerns within the industry, there has yet to emerge a single forum committed to a comprehensive approach that attempts to bring together institutional, public and private stakeholders to openly offer ideas and public policy solutions that address a holistic approach to industry sustainability.

The creation of an unbiased open international symposium that attracts industry executives, raw material suppliers, as well as academia, think tanks, public education groups, environmental technology solutions groups, legal and regulatory compliance experts, and numerous public policy decision makers and regulators, could prove to be an ideal forum through which helpful discourse and solutions can be develop.

Throughout the Symposium, we will delve into various topics, ranging from sustainable tobacco farming practices and alternative production methods to the reduction of waste and the promotion of recycling. We will examine how technology and innovation can play a pivotal role in creating a more environmentally conscious tobacco and nicotine industry, and we will explore policy frameworks that can drive meaningful change.
